I only collect personal data insofar as it is necessary to provide this website and my services. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the GDPR — in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Server functions are executed in Frankfurt, Germany. When you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically recorded in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Web Analytics

This website uses two privacy-friendly analytics services. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized, aggregated page views only. PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU Cloud, data centre in Frankfurt, Germany) records page views and interactions such as clicks on pricing packages, so I can understand which content is actually used. PostHog is configured to run cookieless on this website: no cookies are set and no data is stored in your device's local storage. No session recordings are made, no visitor profiles are created, and no cross-site tracking takes place. Your IP address is not stored. Identification of individual visitors is not possible. In addition, technical error reports (error type and the page on which the error occurred) are collected in order to fix problems on the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with PostHog.

5. Contact Form

When you send me a message via the contact form, your information (name, email address, message, project type, budget range) is processed and stored to handle your inquiry. Delivery is handled by Hostinger as the email provider. Your data is used exclusively for communication purposes and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by email.

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, an informal email to contact@frame-nine.com is sufficient.
